In 1911 Adolf Eckert began marking choice quality pipes with a white dot on the mouthpiece as a distinguishing mark. This White Dot guaranties a special selection of material, an attractive grain and the highest possible standard of craftsmanship. New for 2012, the Ascot model has already proven to be a very popular pipe line. It features a smooth surface with a flawless high gloss finish. Surprisingly, it is light enough to clinch in your mouth. Has a unique minimalistic acrylic fish tail stem. All Vauen pipes are designed for use with Dr. Perl Jr. carbon or Dr. Perl paper filters for a cleaner, dryer smoke. Adapters are available for filter less use. For those who expect excellent quality, distinguised looks and great value, this special pipe has earned the white dot designation which signifies excellent quality of wood and workmanship. Approx.
