They sent me a replacement, and this time all the spools have the end of the thread clearly visible and easy to use. Well done, I am giving them 5 stars for proactively making things right.Original Review:I was looking forward to trying this thread, but beware, it is impossible to find the end of the thread on these spools. The manufacturer places a small sticker on each spool, but it is a scam, you look near or under the stick and there is not thread end.I tried four different spools, could only find the thread end on one of them.
