The ring is very nice: The threads glide easily and the gnarled texture on the outside is helpful for unscrewing the ring when it's been overtightened.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Originally, I ordered this step-up ring in size 62-77mm from Polar Pro's Amazon store, yet the model I received was 67-77mm. I promptly contacted Amazon and returned the ring for another one from Polar Pro's store. To my dismay, the second ring I received was also 67-77mm. This time instead of going to Amazon I tried contacting Polar Pro directly, however my phone calls were not answered and the message I left received no response. I even filed a complaint on their support site but I have yet to get a response to that either. Not much else to report, but I highly recommend all of PolarPro's products.
