To be onest the product sent to me deserves 0 stars that worst it is,the Cookut sooshi kit was sent to me broken,I found few splinters and it is not correct assembled, one of the 2 ''moule'' it's broken in 2 pieces ,the hinge who is keeping the 2 pieces together it is not on the correct side , there are so many things to say but I don't want to loose my time, my advice: do not buy it. I will attach some pictures to prove it. Review: Sent it back - Got a splinter as I took this out of the box so very unwilling to make food with it. Also the mould doesn't close properly there is clear daylight along the line of closure, and the surface of the tool is grainy not smooth. I belatedly read a few reviews which reinforced my impression that this is just a gimmick and it's difficult to make it work properly, so sent it straight back. Sorry Cookut. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ EASY SUSHI *by H***N on 29 April 2020* Ingénieux petit appareil. Je fais à la façon traditionnelle avec la petite natte, mais j'ai été intéressé par le concept. Et ça marche bien sûr. Je suis toujours surpris par les gens qui décernent avec l'autorité d'un chef 3 étoiles des blâmes sans appel, alors même que leurs explications décrivent leurs incongruités et leur absence de réflexion, si ce n'est pire. Pourquoi tant qu'on y est ne pas faire des sushis à la vache-qui-rit, ou à la gelée de groseille. Dans ce cas, on fait des tartines, non? Ça tombe sous le sens. Pour faire des sushis qui se tiennent, il faut 1- le bon riz 2-la bonne cuisson 3-la bonne préparation 4-un minimum de soin et d'attention Et enfin, un livre de recettes ou sont listés ingrédients et savoirs faires. C'est courant aujourd'hui, et il n'y en a pas de mauvais. Sauf à être de mauvaise foi quand on se débrouille comme un manche, et à induire en erreur la communauté avec ses propos déplacés. Si l'on a du mal à reconnaître son incompétence et... Disons-le sa bêtise, faire au moins l'effort de se taire. C'est un minimum dans le respect de l'autre. Le Sooshi est un sympathique appareil, mon p'tit panda.
