The customer service is top notch, they stand behind their product. I had a problem and they resolved it promptly. As for the drone, it has a lot of power (forward, backward, side to side) but you have to be careful indoors because it also has a slow yaw rate, so turning left and right can be tricky at first. If you try to take a turn too fast it's easy to lose control and crash. Prop guards are highly recommended indoors! There are 3 rates, and the yaw rate remains the same for all 3 rates, so high rates indoors is a hard task. Low (default) rate is plenty.The modular battery is a tight fit at first, but seems to smooth out through use. The navigation lights are minimal, but the bright front light is fine for orientation, especially for night flights.My main tip for a successful flight is to always remember the slow turning rate and let up on the right joystick right before entering a left or right turn!I would give 5 stars if there were additional batteries available.
