I developed a venous "ulcer" from vein treatments to improve circulation AND the fact that I am overweight and have moderate swelling in one leg. These ulcers are a pain to heal and require both compression and wound care. I highly recommend this product. It is easily cut to fit under a large bandage. Most importantly it DOES NOT STICK to the wound. 3 stars for adhesion since I thought it might confuse people if I give it a "5" for NOT adhering to the wound, or should it be a "1" for "poor adhesion" (which is a actually a good thing)!
