### ⭐⭐⭐ Not what I expected

I hope the replacement that comes is better than the one I received, arm was broken off and actually on inspection looked like it had been glued but did not work. Never had a problem with anything I have ordered before so was quite surprised when I saw what had happened. Fingers crossed I will be able to write a better review on replacement.
