**Q: Full cream means what percentage %?**
A: That depends on the breed of cows, the season and the climate. 
Generally between 3.60 and 4.10% Bf. 
The whole milk sold in stores is standardized to 3.25% Bf in the US. 
I can't speak to this specific product, however if you REALLY need to know the Bf for some reason a gallon of milk at 3.65% weighs 8.60 pounds and a gallon of skim weighs 8.63 pounds. Weight is the easiest way to ballpark it without using specialized tubes, acids and centrifuge.
