I LOVE THIS BOOK! It's not only beautiful, it's loaded with recipes to get about a million more veggies on your plate.Aside from all the new cookbooks out there - seems there is a new cookbook every nano-second - Terry Walters brings both experienceand wisdom to the table for the everyday cook. A lovely, lovely book. Tips about seemingly everything - from fermentation to house cleaning and a potent Winter Tonic and how to incorporate it into salads. And it's all made very do-able which I appreciate.*** Update - I've made at least 5 recipes already and all have been delicious. The Roasted Carrot and Beet Salad with Kale willdefinitely be repeated and makes for a colorful dish on the table. I'm a seasoned enthusiastic home cook, not a vegan or vegetarian,and I love having all these options.

I heard a lesson with her in one of my courses and loved how she related to food and shared it. It was relatable and seamless. She just made sense. I received this book and fell IN LOVE with it right away. It is divided by the seasons which resonates with me completely. I cannot wait to make every recipe in this book!

We love Teri's books - have all 3. Picked it up initially as it offered both vegan and gluten free menus, but fell in love for lots of other reasons. We like changing our menus out every season, it keeps things fresh and encourages us to eat fresh and local. We've learned to appreciate many new veggies that we haven't tried before.
