When I installed the T-Connector Kit, I did not have the trailer around to test the signals. Luckily, this adapter has a built in tester which helped confirm that all connections were functioning properly! Nicely built (rugged with a semi rigid rubber casing) and works flawlessly. Drove through the pouring rain and functioned perfectly. I would suggest using some dielectric grease to help weather the connector, but not necessary. Overall, this 7-way to 4-way adapter works perfectly.
