This squeegee is so inexpensive that I would consider buying a few more and treating them as disposables if it were to ever fail.Update: have had this squeegee in my truck for 2-1/2 years now, and it is still works like new. The only negative thing I can report for this squeegee is that the handle, which screws onto the head, will occasionally work its way loose while in use and needs to be retightened. SUPER SOFT? Because super hard doesn't make sense. This product works PERFECT! The blade is just right. I purchased this exact squeegee about 6 years ago from Pep Boys and wanted to buy couple more but for some reason they stopped carrying it. I purchased couple squeegee from Walmart, O'Reilly, Home Depot, and Pep Boys but they all SUCK!! Even though their blades are soft, but when I wipe down the water, it is NOTHING compare to the squeegee I bought at Pep Boys years back then. Well, finally I was able to purchase this EXACT squeegee on Amazon. I'm really satisfied with this product and would recommend this to ANYONE out there looking for a squeegee.
