**Q: Does this fit the chef 2 bbq?  is chef 2 safari different to just chef2?**
A: Hi, there is a Safari 2 which is the smaller camping stove, and there is the Carri Chef 2, which is the bigger model. This plate fits the smaller Safari Chef 2.

**Q: Looking for spare grill and bbq plate for carry chief 1 please can you recommend a supplier**
A: They discontinued the grill so you have to buy a whole new bbq. Great for the environment?  Looking forward to getting my new Weber!

**Q: Will this fit the carry chef 1**
A: Carri Chef ia a different product, it is the larger grill.

Made the stupid mistake of putting the previous Grid in the dishwasher a few times & it lost all it's non-stickyness.... so a b$%tch to try & clean... to the point it was probably a health hazard... It was also a bit buckled after a few years use. Now I have a new one & won't put it in the dish washer!
