She registered the code, created an account and got in, but when she logged out and then tried to log back in a few days later, it wasn't working. It didn't accept her password. She tried to reset her password, but that didn't work either. By the time I found about it, she was extremely frustrated and was about to give up on the class. I looked up the reviews and majority were bad (re not being able to access, etc.). Someone else posted and said she ended up buying another one straight from the publisher. I wasn't having that. So, I troubleshooted for her and when all failed, I went to Wiley's LIVE CHAT. The agent was AWESOME! I told them what happened gave them her info. They weren't able to reset password on the back end but they did give us a new registration code. I walked my daughter threw it and told her to make sure to precisely write down her password and info. She's all good now and will not give up on her class.
