Returns are a different matter. What a hassle. If you purchase, be prepared that if seller ships chairs that do not match the color description, and you want to return them - oh boy, what a great inconvenience it will be. ### ⭐ Color bleeds, stained our deck *by M***O on Reviewed in the United States on September 7, 2019* The chairs are comfortable and work as promised. Unfortunately, after about 6 months of use the black plastic trays started to fade in the Florida sun.The biggest disappointment came when the water would drain from the chair after a rain event, the "orange terracotta color" would drain onto our brick pavers, leaving rust stains all over the decking of our pool.We contacted the manufacturer who told us that it was normal bleeding of the finish and that a little bit of oxy clean would remove it. We were told that it would continue to bleed this color and it was normal. We tried their cleaning suggestion but it didn't work and the chairs continue to leave as mess after any rain.We're disappointed in the chairs and the lack of customer service.
