The saw striker is awesome, it's a nifty thing to have. The little match container keeps a tight water seal, and seems durable. I haven't tried using the magnifying glass yet, since I live in Oregon and it's mostly cloudy atm. Everything comes in a durable reusable bag, which I'll be using for my kindling or tinder (or Vaseline cotton balls). I'm gonna do like someone else here did, and keep a bic lighter in here.The one thing they could improve on, is to have a slot to keep the saw-striker steady. That way it isn't dangling around. I was looking for something to keep in my camping bag that I could use to start a fire. I figured 3 in 1 (which I made 4 in 1) was a good way to go for obvious reasons. I know the picture shows matches but I also put a mini bic lighter in mine! I don't have to worry about anything getting wet because the cap screws on tight and seems sturdy. I also like that it doesn't rattle around since it fits snug in the holster. Buying another one as a gift.
