I called them to see whether I could get my lid replaced , but no one answered or called back. With this much price I expected much higher quality. Disappointed and won’t buy this again.

The hot pot itself is functioning ok, but the lid is really low quality. The second time I used this the lid was like the picture. I called them to see whether I could get my lid replaced , but no one answered or called back. With this much price I expected much higher quality. Disappointed and won’t buy this again.
