It is the best resource available for those who want to improve their work environment. There is a lot to understand about 5S and this book explains all the concepts in great detail. I have been working on implementing 5S at our manufacturing business for the past year and this book gave me the knowledge and confidence to get the ball rolling in the right direction. Our company still has a lot of work to do but we have made huge strides so far.
