I like the bright color too. My dog and I use it to go running and I like that it doesn't go around her neck. My only concern is that it is definitely not escape proof. My dog is able to put her head down, back up (with the leash over her head), and slip out of it. The harness can't go any tighter so that is not the issue. Today is the first day, my dog is a fairly good sized puppy. He is 7 months old and weighs about 40 pounds. Lots of growing and I think he will be able to grow into this collar. No instructions came with it, so I suggest just look it up on amazon and see the instructions here. In fact, I think she pulls even more. This harness is nice, easy to fit, and it glows! Dont buy it to help with pulling, but if you want a nice secure harness, its great. The leash is very stiff and kind of hurts my hand. I am hoping it breaks in quickly or it may just stay in the closet. The glowing material on this set is awesome!
