I started using this with a ACV rinse and eczema went almost gone next day. I have to do it at least once a week but the itching stops and my very long hair got even thicker ( all ready pretty thick but lost some due to tension alopecia from wearing high tight bun for years) anyways I used this clay as well and not only I got new growth and thickness back, but also my skin has transformed.
