This violet sugar is a brilliant natural purple color and has a beautiful floral flavor. I’ve made shortbread hearts using this to really punch up my cookies. Extraordinary product! Worth the splurge!

Violet sugar goes great in teas (hot or cold), fresh fruit, anywhere you would use sugar. My family sneaks some shakes into their palms to eat plain when I am not looking!
