Capsules only half full!
These are the second type of Milk Thistle tablets that I've tried. I purchased these because they are alot cheaper and you get more in the pack. But after closer examination you can see that each capsule tablet is only half full when you hold it up to the light! This is why it says take up to 3 of these per sitting once a day. I didn't really find any results with these compared to the other leading brand which I found more expensive but at lease I could feel that they worked. These tables I didn't feel any of the effects.
