Buggy Board with Seat Elternstolz Kiddy Board Deck for Stroller

Do NOT buy this if you care for the safety of your child(ren). Below is my email of complaint detailing what happened. Followed by the sellers less than satisfactory Response.Good eveningWe brought this buggy board with seat for our toddler after we contacted you to see if it would be suitable with our newborn babies pram. It was confirmed to my partner that this is infact absolutely fine for our pram and would fit. I am writing to inform you of our experience so far, 3 days in.First day. All was well our toddler enjoyed it and seemed we had made a great choice.Day 2. School run. Seat belt keeps coming undone and toddler tips out going round a chicane.Day 3. School run. Luckily i notice a bolt on the step. Not sure where it is from so take extra care getting my two babies home. Down a bumpy alley it appears all screws and bolts have come out. We try to hold together to make it home. Daughter falls off again. I put break on the pram to pick her up. Or so i thought. The buggy board is completely blocking break so my week old baby rolls off down the hill. LUCKILY hits a parked car else he would have fell down the curb and gone/tipped out in the road. I would return your buggy board and seat but this absolute piece of **** is in the garden. Both my babies could have ended up seriously injured, if not worse today thanks to your useless equipment. My son loves this buggy board he is 2 so we are using the seat with strap atm, just 2 things to bear the straps at the back off the seat are not the safest my son pulled it off and started running so i had to double knot it to stop him pulling it apart but now that has made the strap round his waist even smaller and it not the biggest straps as it is. Also you have to consider you now have 6 wheels instead on 4 so getting up and down kirbs is alot harder you have to physically lift up the board or go up a drop kerb.But other than that it is a brilliant board and its the best one i could find on the internetEdit: the bolt underneath the seat has completely come off and i didnt noticed untill i actually looked, and the bars the reach out to the buggy have gone lop sided and dont even sit straight anymore, surely it should be able to go thru alot of wear and tear, with it being made for kids, i spend £90 2 months ago and i cant even go out in it now because the bolt holding the seat down has gone missing

The instructions are not fantastic. The bolts for the seat are not long enough so you can only get a few turns in. This means they are not very secure and 2km into a walk the seat fell off nearly injuring my child. Do not get the seat option! Without the seat it is fine. Usual issues as with all board fittings, I have a joie chrome dlx so when fitted the brake can't be applied and you need to walk to the side of the pram but it clips on and off easily and seems fairly sturdy. The screw to amend the height doesn't do anything. Just to update this, if I could give 0 stars I would. The company won't respond to my emails.

I have given this product a 5 star review, its amazing, I have to say its one of the best out there on the market, i have got a large family and i have used various buggy boards over the years, but this one was so reasonably priced i was worried about buying it in case it was flimsy! However its far from flimsy, it fits perfectly on my bugaboo donkey, and its so easy to push with it on, it can get up and down the kerbs with ease, and it turns nicely too!

I have a 6 months old and a 3 year old. instead of buying a double buggy , I thought i ll give this a go since the 3 years old walks most of the way- just not all of the way depending on where we going. We actually really like this product. It is a little bulky and you have to ride the buggy from the side when it is on, but my 3 year old loves it and overall it does a perfect job for his tired legs when walking gets too much. One criticism would be that there is not much space for his feet when he is on it. However, he seems to put his foot half on the board, half off the board and doesn't seem to complain about it being uncomfortable. I had too many comments from people, stopping me anywhere I go , asking me where i bought it and how cool it is. In that sense it definitely has been a conversation piece. I would recommend this overall for someone whose child walks most of the way but may need a little rest for long distances.

We have loved our buggy for the past 11 months. It’s great to have our toddler so neatly riding the same buggy as our youngest. We get complements on the street all the time!!!Only issue is the bolts have all come loose and we e lost some hardware. Wish we could purchase a replacement pack of hardware.

Its perfect made. Worth of money. But i am surprised how people use these boards .It keeps on banging against my feet when i try to use it with my son.

i really like it , at the beginning it was hard to get use with because i was hitting ny legs in it but now i walk next to it is alright, better than nothing
