I would definitely buy it only new and from here. It was a day late for the shipping I was promised but hurricanes do mess up the mail system. It was a little complicated more to set up than it needed to be because the directions are just pictures with symbols, no words. overall It is an amazing house, the amount of daily storytelling you can do with this dollhouse and a single (sold separately) doll is quite a lot. I think it is amazing for the ways you can play and set it up, really easy to go from mode to mode of the 360 ways to play. The slide is excellent and I love the pet door as well. i removed the room so there is more room to use the bedroom but that's just me.
