It won't cure you over night. You have to do exercise and stretching to better your posture so don't be mislead.This forces your shoulder blades together and teaches you how to stabilize your scapula. It will help your brain realise what good posture is.However I find that this alone does not fix my slouching because you need good core strength for that.It serves simply as tactile feedback for your body.Also it's worth noting that the belly strap can inhibit breathing to a minor degree.Any of these types of products are worth getting if they are cheap enough. ### ⭐⭐ Could work but too uncomfortable to find out.. *by K***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 November 2015* I purchased this shoulder and back support brace for my twenty three year old stepson, with the hope that it would help to correct his posture which is a problem to him and makes him very self conscious. My stepson is 5'11" tall and of medium build.This brace is made from polyester and latex which allows the material to stretch and hopefully give adequate support and correction where needed. With the product duly unpacked and instructions read, I was ready to show my stepson how to wear and use this product. Easier said than done. Even with the instructions my stepson and I managed to get into a bit of a mess when trying to fit the 'Posture Corrector' ... we got there in the end.Initially my stepson said that this shoulder and back brace felt reasonably comfortable and it certainly had a positive effect on my stepson's posture. However after an hour of wearing this posture corrector, my stepson was complaining of discomfort under his arms. When I looked I noticed that the material was bunching under the arms which would definitely make the wearing of this brace quite uncomfortable to say the least. I spent a few minutes trying to straighten this section to no avail and my stepson took the support brace off and has refused to wear it ever since, which is a real shame as I think that if this underarm bunching could be sorted then this posture corrector would probably produce good results. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great quality work, delicate and working. *by H***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 August 2014* I need this posture corrector and I love the fact that it is made of breathing material.
