Firstly these sounded brilliant but when I opened them the night time version smelt very chemically and tasted as such too. I took as per the directions but within an hour I started feeling off. Tingly mouth, skin went flush/itchy and felt very confused. I was having what felt like an allergic reaction and stopped as soon as I started. Not quite sure which of the ingredients I'm allergic too but think it might be the lemon Balm Leaf Extract or Melatonin. I have had the other minerals in the past with no issues.

They’re not bad but the tablets are very inconsistently filled which makes me question the effectiveness. I will buy again though because it’s the cheapest plant based multivitamin on here.

I was looking for any vitamins which i need to take as everyting in one tablet. Taste good, its seems that it will keep deliver all minerlas and vitamis. Very good small packages so its easy to take them to work.

Ces vitamines sont très complètes. Comme on peut le voir sur la photo, elles contiennent plein de vitamines pour tenir éveillé de la journée, et les minéraux (accompagnés de mélatonine) permettent de bien dormir. Si vous êtes fatigués de la journée car vous ne dormez pas bien, ces vitamines sont faites pour vous! Si vous dormez bien, pas besoin. de minéraux avec cette mélatonine.Pour ma part je n'ai pas spécialement de problèmes de sommeil mais je trouves que ces comprimés sont assez efficaces.Je regrette un peu que les comprimés ne soient pas un peu plus petits (ce qui pourrait repousser certaines personnes) et la saveur n'est pas très succulente je trouves.Cependant, le principe de faire des vitamines en 2 parties comme cela est assez bien, elles sont très complètes, et en plus assez naturelles. Très bien pour les personnes avec de mauvais sommeils.
