You need both a Carpenter and a electrician to get it installed as there is no mounting box provided nor available for this. The screws are exposed and there is every chance of getting a shock. Moreover Installation instructions are not explanatory. There is only one time settling for both the Loads and They cannot be set independently, if you wish to set different timings for both the Loads..
