I love the size and depth which is smaller and deeper than others. It bakes very well, releases without difficulty and very easy to clean. I rated only 4 stars because, as others have mentioned, the edges are quite sharp. They are actually sharp enough to cause cuts and scratches if one is not careful. This is not a cheap pan, so I don't understand why the manufacturer doesn't smooth the edges. If there were another choice, I would return the pan and try another.
