Review: Tasty and protein packed, do not consume before gym or you will regret it though - These bars are lovely, tasty and the texture is more than acceptable, and good value for money. Prior warning however, these will definitely give you the runs, so eat after the gym, and make sure to vary with other protein sources throughout the week so you’re not aiming for the eye of a needle.
Review: Ok, not my favourite. - Not my favourite flavour. In my opinion, the Peanut is the best closely followed by the chocolate fudge and caramel and mint ones (no longer available?). As others have pointed out, it is not a good idea to consume more than one or two of these in a day as they can produce significant intenstinal discomfort. That said they are pretty tasty and do not contain vast quantities of net carbohydrate (polyols and fibre discounted) so are ideal for low carb diets.

**Q: I presume these are not vegan bars?**
A: 2nd ingredient on the list is "beef gelatin" so no not vegan / vegetarian friendly

**Q: Does this taste like the grenade carb killa peanut bar?**
A: It tastes and has the consistency of a maximuscle promax lean bar

**Q: Why has the price shot up from £11 in Jan 20 to almost £18 on Feb 1st 20? Ridiculous hike in price.**
A: Covid 19 made everyone panic and stockpile

**Q: Are these vegetarian?**
A: Its common for protein bars to contain gelatin, so it's a fair question (despite the lack of big chunks of meat). I've just checked the ingredients and I can't see it listed so I think they are vegetarian.

Not my favourite flavour. In my opinion, the Peanut is the best closely followed by the chocolate fudge and caramel and mint ones (no longer available?). That said they are pretty tasty and do not contain vast quantities of net carbohydrate (polyols and fibre discounted) so are ideal for low carb diets.

I really like these and got them for a good price using subscribe and save. I got the cookies and cream flavour, the taste is good for protein bars. They are low in sugar and just shy of 20g protein. At 188 calories, you can't go wrong. Thumbs up from me.
