For invisible repairs to difficult-to-bond plastics like polyethylene, polypropylene and Polytetrafluoroethylene, Loctite Super Glue Plastics Bonding System gets the job done. Loctite Plastics Bonding System is a two-part cyanoacrylate adhesive that sets in seconds, dries transparent, and successfully bonds plastics with no mixing or clamping required. Each order includes one 4ml activator for priming and one 2g tube of super glue.

Review: Dry activator, didn't adhere, not recommended - To make the below a long story short: As others have written the activator pen is dry. Further glued pieces didn't hold polypropylene to polypropylene. I don't know how much activator needs to be on the surfaces, but I went as far as taking to cap off and pulling out the material inside to try wringing it out and rubbing it in the surfaces. This seemed like I got some moisture out, and I noticed when applying glue some of it seemed to active turning hazy and some didn't the glue stayed clear. I bought acse and I opened 4 packages and none were very moist, I'm not sure if this is how moist it should be or not. As far as success I didn't have great luck. I was glueing cutting boards, polypropylene to polypropylene. It had a surface texture so the area I was glueing wasn't smooth, maybe I need a structural type epoxy for low energy surfaces, but this is much more expensive and harder to find. Anyhow, I was going to screw on rubber feet and I was working with a 1 inch slab, and when I went to screw in the feet the pieces I glued just separated. Luckily I had some appropriate sized sheet metal screws that were long enough to screw the feet and go in far enough to screw in the blocks the glued didn't adhere. Based on this I wouldn't recommend this product, especially for polypropylene and/or textured surfaces. Additionally you can't send it back since it's considered a flammable product. So looks like I'm out a few bucks.

**Q: Im wanna attempt to bond a door handle back together on my Jeep. Has anyone used this stuff for anything similar? How well does it work on plastic?**
A: I have used this product on a difficult project and it worked better than I expected.  Follow the directions and you have a good chance of ot working. Can't guarantee it as I have noy used it on a handle.

**Q: Will this bond plastic to aluminum?**
A: I found this glue to be ineffective even gluing plastic together.  I did not try plastic to aluminum but I really doubt that it will work.

**Q: Will this work to seal gaps where a refrigerator seal has loosened?**
A: Thank you for the question. Unfortunately, the Loctite Plastics Bonding System will not gap fill.

**Q: What is the set time?**
A: I broke the ear piece on my glasses. I applied the loctite plastic glue to the broken part and in about an hour I was wearing my glasses and so for the last three weeks the repaired part is still holding together.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ NOT A LOT OF PRODUCT BUT SUPER PERFORMANCE!!

NOT ALL PLASTICS ARE ALIKE!! This glue IS for Polypropylene type of plastics. IT WORKS!!!! DO NOT GET IT ON YOUR FINGERS!!! IT WILL BURN LIKE MOLTEN LAVA!! (ask me how I know :( ) I was making a rain visor for my mail delivery vehicle with corrugated plastic panels. This was the ONLY glue that worked!! And it "welds" the pieces together to give you an amazing bond! So if you're working with PE, PP, or PTFE, this is your answer.
