UPDATE: Still no luck finding pulls that fit this tape. It is NOT #5 as stated.I love this, except . . . Where can I get more zipper sliders that fit?I make pencil cases and fabric bags and I only use maybe 10" at a time, so I have miles of zipper left, but no pulls. What a shame. I will not be ordering more unless I find sliders that fit.

I'm not a zipper expert; I'm not a novice. These are the hardest zippers I've ever used. It is nearly impossible to get the second side of the zipper to mesh with the teeth. (The first side is easy.) Needle-nose pliers helped, but sometimes the zipper fabric tore. Seldom was I able to get the sides even. When both sides are started, then I had to grip one side of the zipper/fabric in my teeth, the other with the pliers, and pull hard.As shown in the picture, most of the time (about 80%) I could not get the zipper even between the two sides. But it is a continuous zipper, so I made the zipper longer on each end than needed, slid the zipper slide up and back, then trimmed the zipper so it was even. If you were trying to match the fabric pattern across the zipper, that wouldn't work.On the positive side, they are strong. I used this on overstuffed upholstered cushions. The tiny zipper is rock solid.I don't know if I'd buy it again. I bought so much, the question is moot. This will last me for about four more uphostery jobs. The remainders will probably be at my estate sale.

I am using these zippers in the reupholstery of my outdoor cushions on my covered patio. The zippers are a good size for that project and being able to make the length of the zipper any size I need is so much better than having to buy a bunch of individually sized zippers. I had no problem getting the zipper tab attached to the tape (I used the fork method). The zippers open and close easily, and seem like they will hold up well. The long zipper tape came neatly coiled and tied in several places to keep it neat, then wrapped in a clear plastic bag. The zipper tabs were in a small zip top bag. Happy with this purchase.

This is quite a lot of zipper tape and 50 pulls too. I installed the first piece of custom zipper and had no trouble with the tape whatsoever. Nice buy.

This is the first time I've purchased zippers on a coil, and I'm impressed. I used the #5 zippers on outdoor cushions, and they are sturdy! Much sturdier and thicker than the original zippers used by the manufacturer. I watched a video on how to install the zipper pull onto the zipper tape using a fork, and it was super easy. Highly recommend this product! I will buy all my zippers on a coil going forward as it's much better value.

Watched a video on how to use, it's a bit tricky but worth it. You can make any size zipper you want.

I make throw pillows, I have never encountered so much difficulty in getting the pull onto the zipper tape which ravels apart when trying to separate to place pull on. I am not a novice, have done this 100's of times and have trouble with every one from this order of tape.

The roll of zipper was packaged in plastic when it arrived, but it is covered in dirt when I unroll it. I use this for products I resale so I need to have a clean product. The price is right, but if you have to throw half of it away because it's dirty, then it's not that great of a deal.
