If you do have a lot of pitch I would use 3/4 inch plywood cut at 2 feet by 8 feet. You woul led need 6 full sheets ripped in half. Then of thoes 6 two you would cut in half to 4 feet by 2 feet. Then you will have enough wood for your frame. You should have two 3/4 x 2'x 8'and one 3/4 x 2' x 4' per side. If you yard has less than 6 inch of pitch you can buy eight 2" x 12" x 10' two per side. Let me know if you have any questions. Also Home Depot will cut all the wood for you if you ask them to. ------------------------ **Q: Is it real ice after putting it together and how does it stay cold or is it that new so called synthetic ice Native Sun plastic that you don't need a** A: yes it is real ice. it has to be outside, so when it gets cold out then you have to tell the ice to check if it is ready. no it is no synthetic ice. **Q: Can it adjust to different rink sizes?** A: You can adjust it to whatever size you want, all you will need is the one piece white liner the size you want and the wood and supports. **Q: Does this freeze on its own** A: Only if you have consistent freezing temperatures in your area.
