A easy way to add a little extra fibre and oils I. Your diet. Also I had read that if you Mix 1 tablespoon with 2 tablespoons of water it’s a substitute for eggs in baking, I made some biscotti today and realised too late that I had no eggs so I tried this substitute and it worked perfectly! Use it on porridge, as an egg substitute in cooking , with yoghurt etc. As an egg substitute you just mix a tablespoon with an equal amount or more water then stir and leave for fifteen minutes till it is of the right consistency. Chia can be similarly used.
