Unless your dehydrated food portion is a cup and less than a cup of water is required to rehydrate it; this is not the cup for you. You need at least 1000 ml for a cook pot.I want to send it back but it’s so light and it is as advertise. The only this that is a slight issue is it is not smooth; it feels like 1500 grit sand paper to the touch.This is a $21 coffee cup.Update: January 11, 2019I love this cup now.
