I am 5'4", 150# and I had to work to get this on. The waist is SO HIGH it was up under my bra. And it was really snug. I could never have fit in a L. But, the attached panty was another story. It gaped at the crotch and in the back above the legs. This must be designed for someone with a relatively small waist and a very large booty. I normally fit in a M or L, size 12 or 14, and this was a terrible fit.
