"ageing can be ended" and that too in our remaining lifespan. that is the main message of this book.Book is written by Aubrey de grey. if you have doubt over his credibility then think again coz his got PhD from Cambridge university just on the basis of another book that he wrote ( Mitochondrial free radical theory of ageing).he has also been interviewed by BBC, NEWYORK TIMESECT.there are basically 7 type of molecular damage that we need to clear  (you will need little bit of biology background to understand them or can search on google ) to defeat ageing.l Aubrey de grey said in a TED talk " it might be controversial but i am working on the most important problem in this world"
