I was able to use them with sunglasses which had moderately wide frames. They would not fit on glasses designed to fit over your regular glasses. I don’t know how wide the customer’s glasses are. My answer can only we a guess is this case. **Q: Will this fit on ray bans thick frame and thick on the ends?** A: Yes, it will. The plastic part at the end can be moved to make the hole bigger or smaller, depending on the diameter of the frame.
