Or can you still see through it?** A: You can use this ink with brush pens but I don't know bubble effect or stars or what surface you use it on to be see through. Sorry not very helpful. **Q: Is the black Indian ink 951 waterproof? The other"liquid Indian ink" says non-waterproof.** A: Yes - I paint watercolour over it and it doesn’t bleed.
