Product Description               A large glass jar of korean kimuchi sauce. Ready made. This is a very hot and spicy red sauce that is added to cabbage to make a spicy korean vegetable delicacy. Made from garlic, salt, red pepper, chilli, ginger and vinegar. A little goes a long way.                  Ingredients               water, salt, garlic, orange, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, flavour enhancer: e621, brewing vinegar, chili pepper, apple, fermented vegetables (shallots, chinese cabbage, salt, acid: 260), bonito extract, SQUID extract, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, bonito flake, acid: e330, ginger, kelp, stabiliser: e415, flavour (disodium succinate), colour: e160c

Extremely versatile ingredient. Very flavourful. The only thing to be mindful of is the salt content. It's extremely salty, so don't add any salt. Highly recommend mixing it with mayo.
