I did contact mBito on their website first to ensure it was compatible / possible for my car, they confirmed it would work so I bought the item from Amazon, paid roughly £25 extra to unlock the required credits and within 10 mins (including running the initial scan) both Android Auto and Apple Carplay both work perfectly.
