My 18 Pilot has non-adjustable rails at 32" on center, however, the instructions state that, "Cross rails on some vehicles are not adjustable and may require additional holes be drilled into the bottom of the cargo carrier to match the fixed position width. If this is the case, attach the cargo carrier to the rear cross rails first, using the pre-drilled holes. Then drill holes in the front of the cargo carrier using the mounting back plate as a template for the hole positions. Drill marks are 2" apart and pre-drilled to 24" on center.
