I'm 5'7" average leg to torso ratio, 170lbs, natural 36DD, size 31 or 10/12 jeans, M-L top usually. I felt like it was tight enough to keep my "girls" in their place without being too constricting and uncomfortable. I didn't feel as though I was spilling out of the sides or the top. The bottom of this suit has moderate coverage. Not too skimpy, not too modest. It provided good coverage in front and back while still having an attractive cut higher on the leg (not like Baywatch high cut or anything).
