This formulation was recommended by my clinical pharmacist and after taking it constantly for the first month, I did feel better overall-more energy, better sleep, mental focus. I have been using this product for a few years now. It has helped sooo much with fatigue! I take it daily unless I'm under a lot of stress then I take it 2-3 times a day. I can really tell the difference.
