This fits comfortably, leaves my hands free and the boom is very adjustable. I really like that it has curved sides to fit nicely and securely over ears. It is also very nice to have consistent placement of microphone that moves with your head vs what we had tried at first, which was a handheld microphone that with hand and head movements was constantly changing the distance from my voice. This is a hypercardioid, meaning it will capture sound in front of the mic and behind the mic. A cardioid only captures sound in front of the mic. This mic will not work for me and I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew it was a hypercardioid.
