I also think this soap would be perfect for anyone who wishes to bowl lather, I face lathered with this soap and in less than 30secs had egg white peaks, I have tried so many artisan shaving soaps which are great however I personally feel this is so refined it beats most of those too in terms of performance, I am going to have this soap in rotation always. I would also say if you are looking for unique shaving experiences then the artisan soaps are fantastic I would say this is a soap for people who are new to wet shaving or would like a soap that you can get a great shave every time. This soap comes in a 60g puck which is small however it does last ages, I also think that for people who travel a lot this would be a perfect soap. ### ⭐⭐ So Very Small but a Big Price ? *by B***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 July 2019* This Puck is so small, it's actually quite hard to use, for the price there are many better shaving soaps that are better and bigger and much cheaper !Leaving the size and price aside , my main problem with it , is it's lack of slickness and it's smell, it smells like baby milk formula (hence also baby sick) or Coffee mate for those with a longer memory !It's it good points are it lathers massively from very little of the soap and it does leave your face feeling relatively good!It would suit best as a small expensive travel shaving soap, but again there are better and cheaper alternatives there also (the Tabac shaving stick) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good things come in small packages *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 September 2019* This product is nothing short of superb. The only scent is a sort of mild soapy smell, so if you like shaving soap with a hefty pong to it, this isn't for you. However, if your main concern is performance, look no further. It takes literally seconds to lather and quickly builds a nice, slick protective layer that results in an excellent shave. I'm astonished by how soft it leaves my face feeling afterwards, too, which no other product I've tried can match: perhaps that's the lanolin. The packaging is very basic - a plastic wrapper with two sticky labels on it - but so what? You're only going to tear it off and chuck it straight in the bin, so there's no need for anything more elaborate, which would only increase the cost of the soap. I chop and change shaving products regularly in search of perfection.
