Holborn Oak Bedroom Furniture Range - Wardrobes, Bedside, Drawers

I initially purchased this because astonishingly, its dimensions were absolutely perfect for the space I had in mind. It arrived in three packages, components well-protected by polystyrene inserts. Do bear in mind that whilst lying down in construction, this is a BIG piece of furniture: as recommended by the instructions, I built it in the room it was intended for: a medium-size bedroom, and it filled most of the floor space. In the process of building it, you will have to turn it over a couple of times, so if your bedroom is small, this might be an issue. The dimensions are accurate but it's easy to underestimate what it looks like when lying down!The instructions are clear and advice is written in good English (this is a UK product), but most of the stages are diagrammatic only which was a pity: a couple of sentences of advice here and there would have helped. For example, there are one or two pieces which can fit in different orientations. Structurally it makes no difference, but cosmetically it can as not all components are veneered on all sides. The back-boards are veneered only on the side which will form the interior of the wardrobe. This might be obvious to most people, but I got one of them wrong!I also discovered that when attaching those rear panels (thin boards which are nailed in place), inserting the metal hanger bars FIRST greatly strengthens the structure and helps to keep it square (the instructions don't add these until later).I was able to complete the great majority of the building on my own, but turning the unit over is definitely much easier with two of you, and hanging the door is definitely best with two people!The finished product is a delight: very roomy and attractive. As it is quite a deep structure, it might be an idea to add a battery powered LED lamp to the interior - I plan to. Overall, I'm really pleased with this.

Ordered on the pretext it would be here in a week. 6 weeks later I got the final part aka the fixings! Instructions great however the rails are too close together one built. My shirts/tops are medium however still to long. Drilled out the rail height and now it’s fine. Great customer service however the whole experience was a nightmare tbh. It’s built, it’s installed but not my goto ever again

love this product although we had trouble with the delivery and damage to the mirror the product itself is east to assemble sturdy and very roomy lots of hanging room and handy shelves, great product

I am not DIY competent and got a handy man to build the wardrobe. It took 3 hours for him to put together.It is quite big, but the shelves are small can't take more than 2 or 3 folded items there is more space for it to be longer and I would have expected it to be used instead of wasting it.Also the thin material covering 3 quater of the back is quite flimsy.However I brought it majorly to hang my floor length dresses so I removed the second hanging rail and it served its purpose.

Great wardrobe. Fairly easy to assemble - I did it on my own. Slots in the corner perfectly. Loads of room inside.

I was happy when product arrived early. However upon unpacking the contents, I discovered that there was no instruction manual inside. I have tried contacting the manufacturer, but to no avail... I am sure its a lovely wardrobe. Bit pointless without a manual though.

Was just what I wanted fits in corner well loads of room .
