The only problem is, you should not use it over one month, and only take three tablets a day, why! because it is highly effective, and with long term use; like any other supplement, this does get stored in the body, and with long term dosages, it can cause stomach problems like: Bloating, diarrhea, gas, nausea, stomach cramps, and green stools. I would recommend taking these for a month, stopping for a few weeks, and then begin again, and keep doing it this way. These are very healthy for you, but like anything, like to much candy, it becomes not healthy.
