(Since then, they made the screen bigger which I do like). It's easy to see baby both day and night and the sound quality is good too. I originally bought it bc it doesn't need wifi. It can reach outside to my yard and the battery lasts a long time, which is nice if I forget to plug it in at night. It is easy to set up, although once I got two cameras I couldn't figure out how to get them both on one monitor ( but you can!) . When one of my monitors randomly stopped connecting to the camera, I contacted customer service. The contact info was right on the screen, I didn't have to go searching for anything. They emailed me some easy to understand solutions right away. When those didn't work, they offered to replace it for free. Be aware that it is meant to hang on the wall. If you set it in a table or top of the crib it will be hard to get the angle you need. But there's an inexpensive, movable arm that you can buy that attaches to the crib and you're basically looking at them from the top of the crib -- it's perfect!

I've had this camera for almost 3 years with no issues. Set up was super easy and pairing was just a click of a button. Video quality is great and especially love the night vision. Battery life is also amazing and can go a whole night and most of the following day on one charge. My daughter loves to play with the monitor as well since it can also play music. But one thing I would love to highlight is the customer service. Whenever I have a problem, hello baby is quick to respond and more than happy to go above and beyond for their loyal customers.
