How often do I need to change it? Thank you!** A: I wouldn’t put it directly on the ulcer. Definitely have it covered with a gauze . I changed my dressing every day so I could clean my port area **Q: Will these work on a wound that measures 4X3? Not sure what the size in description means.** A: It only covers a 4x3 area, with about 1/4 around edge, so I would say no, you need to go a bit larger to accommodate 4x3 wound. **Q: Does this cover an omnipod dash insulin pump?** A: i used to also wear an Omnipod dash pump... but i didn't use the 3M dressing to hold on my pods with my PDM ... "Instead i use skintac & or mastisol" to hold my pods on my body. It minimizes the pain and keeps the area clean. They can stay on a week if applied right and when removed the area is healed. I’ve used all sizes for hip scrapes, elbow, arm, knees. It conforms and stretches.
