Review: A Great Purchase - When I decided to invest in a vibration plate, I approached doing this with a healthy amount of skepticism. Vibration plates are the latest trend, and so I wasn’t expecting anything significant, other than pain relief in my hips. Due to limited mobility, I keep this one under my bed for easier access, as I do tend to stay in my room more often than I am downstairs with everybody else. I typically use this plate in the morning, and alternate with my moms plate from Life Pro, in the evening ( so I’m closer to the kitchen ). I don’t use any of the high settings, I keep the vibration on the lower ones - P001 and P002 ( for Life Pro the setting would be just P1 and P2 ). I’ve been using this vibration plate in particular since March 6th. I am already seeing noticeable changes. The bloating has gone down in my thighs, arms, waist, and even my face. I do have PCOS, and so I think the vibration is helping reduce the cortisol, which is allowing my body to release whatever its holding onto. My knee ( which has swelled in the past multiple times ) has not swelled at all. Using the plate has definitely made me pee more, as I do make it a point to hydrate before and after use. I was originally going to purchase a smaller version of this plate, but decided to get the bigger one so I have more room. I have small feet, and my stability when standing ( without my leg braces especially ) is not always stable, so being able to shift around on it while holding onto something was a big factor in my decision making. That and the fact that it is pink, lol. If you want to support your lymphatic system, I would highly recommend investing. I would also say that if you want to see significant changes, then incorporate this into a pre-existing workout routine ( for example, I like to incorporate my pink plate as a warm-up before I go rolling on the trail in my wheelchair ), and be willing to actively make the necessary lifestyle changes to further improve your wellness - diet, sleep, etc. This is a good quality plate, it is easy to move around, and I would recommend this. I included a photo of my foot on the plate right after use, so everyone gets a good idea about the size.
Review: WhoWouldofThought - To be honest i was a little skeptical about what this vibrating plate could do. All I can say it WOW! I sit at a desk all day so things get a little tight. This machine helps with a sore body. I LOVE it. I use it 10 mins a day and I feel so much better with little effort!

When I decided to invest in a vibration plate, I approached doing this with a healthy amount of skepticism. To be honest i was a little skeptical about what this vibrating plate could do. All I can say it WOW! I sit at a desk all day so things get a little tight. This machine helps with a sore body. I LOVE it. I use it 10 mins a day and I feel so much better with little effort!

I had a friend tell me about this vibration plate. I do have to say that after I received it I have been amazed at what this thing is done. On the lowest setting for about 10 minutes a day I get the equivalent workout as walking a mile. As a matter of fact I believe it works more muscles than walking. At the higher levels I began to start feeling relief in sore joints and sore muscles. At the highest setting I believe that is literally helps relieve the lymphatic system. This vibration plate is very well built and takes a lot of abuse. I have spent a lot of time on this vibration plate and I am very impressed!
