I use this to help bring down my blood pressure. I have found that taking four of these soft gels will bring down my blood pressure by 10 points. I used to have to take blood pressure medicine every day, but since I lost 100 pounds, I have been able to regulate it by diet and exercise. Every now and then it goes wacky and I first try these soft gels and test again in half an hour, most of the time that is all I need.

This oil smelled so good when I got it. I had to try it right away. It tasted a little bit sweet when I put it in my mouth. It went really well with my dinner. I got a lot accomplished after taking this.

These supplements are reported to be good for boosting the immune system and with the added ingredients of turmeric, black seed oil, burdock, apple cider vinegar, seaweed and ginger, I think this is a very good combination. The package arrived sealed with a very good exp. date.

I love these little gel caps of Oregano Oil. They are easy to swallow and work for my needs. They arrived well packaged, in excellent condition. No leakage, no strong odor or taste, which is great as the oregano oil on its own is very strong.
